$LIA

In short $LIA is the token of Lia Labs. It is earned by taking part in Lia, never bought from Lia. There will only ever be 1,000,000,000 $LIA, and it lives on BNB Smart Chain.

Earned, not bought

$LIA rewards the people who show up early and keep showing up: mining, walking, checking in, playing and bringing their friends along. Lia Labs does not sell $LIA to members, and there is nothing to buy to take part. The people who hold the most $LIA are the people who took part the most.

What $LIA is for

BNB Smart Chain

$LIA lives on BNB Smart Chain. It is one of the most widely used chains, its fees are low enough that receiving an airdrop or making a small payment is practical, and many popular wallets support it.

$LIA is a standard BEP-20 token. All 1,000,000,000 $LIA are minted once, at launch, and minting is then switched off for good. Shares that unlock over time are held in vesting contracts. $LIA lives on BNB Smart Chain only; any other chain would come later and be announced in the app first. The contract address is published in the app and here at launch, and any other address is not $LIA.

A fixed supply

There will only ever be 1,000,000,000 $LIA. Half of it, 500,000,000 $LIA, belongs to the community: the airdrop and every reward in Lia. The rest is shared between the ecosystem and treasury (20%), liquidity (20%), the team and founders (5%) and investors (5%). See Supply and allocation.

Two phases

$LIA arrives in two phases. In the mining phase, what you earn builds up as a balance in the app. In the airdrop, it moves to your own wallet on BNB Smart Chain, where it's fully yours. See Two phases.

Important Until the airdrop, $LIA is a balance in Lia. It is not on any exchange, and anyone selling "$LIA" before then is not selling the real thing.
